K	K Link on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een vriendelijke mevrouw had ik aan de telefoon vandaag. Die weet nog eens wat klantvriendelijk is. Echt top. What a friendly lady I had on the phone today. He knows what is customer-friendly. Really great.

Ik heb bij de woonschakel nog nooit zo een iemand aangetroffen, in de tijd dat ik een woning huur! Woonschakel Medemblik heeft gelukkig wel een opzichter die onwijs meegaand en klantvriendelijk is. Helaas zit ik niet meer bij woonschakel Medemblik. The caretaker does nothing and completely misses the mark ... very customer-friendly. this man needs an empathy course. I have never encountered such a person at the home link during the time I rent a home! Housing link Medemblik fortunately has an overseer who is incredibly accommodating and customer-friendly. Unfortunately I am no longer at the Medemblik home link.
k	kevin vrolijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opzich is de service van de Woonschakel prima en vlot in de meeste gevallen. Helaas gaan ze niet zo goed om met klachten en overlast meldingen. Deze worden genoteerd en in veel gevallen gewoon niet behandeld. Bij stank en geluids overlast heb je helemaal niks aan die gasten heb ik wel gemerkt. En als er dan uiteindelijk eens iemand komt, dan valt het allemaal wel mee. (Kom dan ook wanneer er iets word gemeld en niet weken later). Ze kunne makkelijk praten, ze hoeven er zelf niet naast te wonen. The service provided by the Woon Schakel is excellent and smooth in most cases. Unfortunately, they do not handle complaints and nuisance reports very well. These are noted and in many cases simply not addressed. I have noticed that those guests have no use at all with stench and noise nuisance. And if someone eventually comes, then it all turns out to be okay. (Come when something is reported and not weeks later). They can talk easily, they don't have to live next door themselves.
s	sandra Weel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan nog keer een recentie aanmaken,helaas kinderachtig, als je een brandmelder vergeet weg te halen,uit je oude woning,geen eigen dom van de woonschakel,jullie leveren dat niet Standaard aan bij de woning,het is van ons,en we willen het terug,10min werk om het weg te halen,met de sleutel,aan de telefoon ook niet aardig doen,slecht hoor zolang je huur betaal dan gaat het goed! Nog geen reactie. 6 maanden op een betonvloer gezeten door lekkage door gebrekkig onderhoud. 7 keer vrije dag moeten opnemen om het te repareren. Klacht ingediend en dan niet eens even de moeite om een reactie terug te koppelen. HUUR HIER NIET!! Ik heb getracht dit netjes op te lossen tussen mij en de woonschakel. Maar ik vind dit ronduit associaal. What a clumsy poorly organized housing association. Sent an email Oct 20. No response yet. Spent 6 months on a concrete floor due to leakage due to lack of maintenance. Had to take 7 days off to fix it. Complained and then not even bothered to give a response back. DO NOT RENT HERE!! I have tried to resolve this neatly between me and the residential link. But I find this downright antisocial.
