Every case I got (3 of them) all had the same issue, they cracked in the lower right corner. After it cracked, pieces of the plastic started to come off. I was only given a free replacement after the second one cracked (I had to by the 2nd one at 60% off as the wouldn't exchange it). The seller was responsive, but after the 3rd one cracked, nothing. I spent a lot of money on a product that is terrible and I an't use.
