β β β β β I ordered the snuzkot skandi 6-7 months ago and we got it without the mattress, that was probably my bad not checking this before buying, so I directly contacted the shop and they offered me the best solution. Then I ordered the original snuz mattress (quite expensive I must say) and I ordered also the extension kit but I got delivered the mattress in the wrong size and the kit with a missing component. Contacted support and in less than ten days I got the right mattress and the missing component from the extension kit. The shop it's nice and also the products they have are beautiful and cool, some annoyance with the wrong stuff delivered and some misunderstanding, but really nice customer service, customer-oriented and with the proper solution put in place fast. Nice experience overall

β β β β β I discovered this shop online as I was looking for a retailer of the English brand SNUZ. I ordered the SnΓΌzPod4 with the accessories to France.
The shipment fees are so reasonable and the delivery was perfectly on time with an online tracking number. I received my order in less than a week. I also forgot to add the bedsheets and contacted the client service the same day to add them to my order. They were so reactive and professional and they added the item to my order without any extra shipment fees. I received the link to pay my order and the client service was very fast. All was packed perfectly and securely. Nothing missing neither broken without excessive packaging boxes.I am totally satisfied !! I totally recommend Hola BB for their service and their quality products they offer.

They have excellent customer service and try to always help. The reason why I did not give 5 but instead 4 stars is that often it happens that certain products are not available.
