★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place, I had a blast at breakfast as it was rich in diversity. A very clean room with a kettle for a nice tea when needed and a very comfy bed. Close to subway and train station as they are in the same place (5 minute walk). You get to the city center in 30 minutes if you go by subway which is very nice. The zone is clean and quite as there are many office buildings around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't arrive until past midnight and the reception was full but the staff were friendly, quick and efficient. I had sent an email the night before asking for a baby bed to be put in our room and it was there waiting so no need to wait which was great. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice despite it being a lot busier than we anticipated. The only negative thing (which wouldn't have annoyed me if we had been staying on a lower floor) was the amount of working lifts - 2 out of 4 lifts working for the amount of guests and floors plus considering the current situation and not wanting to stand in a lift with 8 other people definitely wasn't enough... the train station was only a few minutes walk away. We did have a great stay and would definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cost/quality relation. People in reception, always very efficient and trying to help. Breakfast acceptable, although some quality cheese and ham would be expected, not the squared ones that they supply. Room cleaning done in a rushed way, with bins not emptied, and some shampoo freebie forgotten in the middle of the room by the cleaner. Yet, a pleasant stay and as said, if you need anything, just go to reception... They will help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, with the standard Holiday Inn Express rooms, but great pillows and bed. Hot and cold breakfast, which is more elaborate than other Holiday Inn Express hotels I usually stay in in the Netherlands, which just have a continental breakfast style. Unfortunately food and beverage outlets in the next door Holiday Inn seemed to be closed due to covid, but the hotel did provide room service. Regretfully we experienced repeated problems with the room key card as well as the car park pass. The hotel is a great location to travel into Amsterdam as well as go anywhere else, due to proximity of metro station and highways

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located near the arena and a 25min train ride into central Amsterdam. We had asked for additional requirements before travelling and were assured this would be catered for. On arriving, nothing was in place and staff were unable to locate the items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed during the COVID lockdown and the hotel was very professional in enforcing the rules and never rude. When I stay in Amsterdam, I prefer this location as it's only 20 minutes to the city center and central station.
The room was very clean and on the 8th floor. Very quiet and the elevators were always prompt.
Eating and Drinking establishments are very close and such a huge selection.
I would recommend this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with, this hotel will be the most economical hotel to stay in Amsterdam. If you're OK to use the Metro to get to City Centre (approx 30minutes) and maybe spare a 10 minute walk to the Metro station then would definitely recommend this hotel.
The location, the amenities and the service were all spot on. They have parking services as well but I'm not sure if it's chargeable or no. The breakfast was not bad too. The rooms are quite tight but make sure to book the higher floor rooms with a view cos it'll definitely be worth it in the night time.
All in all, good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed this location. The front desk receptionist where very helpful and accommodated all my needs. The breakfast was ok. The location was a bit far from central places but it was a nice area. Food options are plenty and at the time everything close down at 5pm due to covid.
