It's good how this company found ways to grow despite the recession. Also not afraid to include new products.

De vriendelijkheid druipt er vanaf bij de verkoopster met het lange donkere haar die hier vanavond aan het werk was. Al bij binnenkomst riep ze: “we gaan zo sluiten”, terwijl het 18:52 uur was. Tegen de persoon die net na ons binnen kwam riep ze al direct dat ze gesloten waren.
Haar collega die ons wel wilde helpen kon ook niet op assistentie van haar rekenen. Ze zei letterlijk tegen haar collega: “het is klaar voor vandaag”.
We hebben onze aankoop geannuleerd omdat het niet fijn voelt om ons geld uit te geven op een plek waar je zo behandeld wordt en we hebben de dame in kwestie gemeld dat ze heel onaardig is. Daarop reageerde ze laconiek: “ja, ik ben heel onaardig, want ik heb hele lastige klanten gehad vandaag.”
Heel naar wellicht, maar geen reden om ons zo onprofessioneel te behandelen. Voor ons geen Holland&Barrett in de Leidsestraat meer!
Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff.
The friendliness drips from the saleswoman with the long dark hair who was working here tonight. As soon as she arrived, she shouted: "We are going to close in a minute", while it was 6:52 PM. She immediately shouted to the person who came in just after us that they were closed.
Her colleague who wanted to help us could not count on her assistance either. She literally said to her colleague: "it is ready for today".
We have canceled our purchase because it does not feel good to spend our money in a place where you are treated this way and we have told the lady in question that she is very unkind. She responded laconically: "Yes, I am very unkind because I have had very difficult customers today."
Quite possibly, but no reason to treat us so unprofessionally. No more Holland & Barrett for us in Leidsestraat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for specific health products or a bit of a health nut then this is the perfect place for you. They have a great range of vitamins, and some really yummy treats from unique chocolates, nuts and dried fruits. If they don't have something you are looking for you can ask their staff as they might be able to order it in or find it at one of their other locations.
