★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. I went there to buy a charm for my bracelet. First I had to wait about 10 min for the sales person to finish her phone conversation (it sounded like a private conversation). After she was finally done and started showing me the charms, I asked her if there was anything on sale, as, according to their website, it was the beginning of the sale season. Her first reaction was simply "no", which was very strange because I even saw sale signs on the store windows. After a while she said they have 1 charm that is on sale and finally agreed to show me it. She put it on my bracelet and didn't really want to show me properly how it looked with my other charms on the bracelet. Clearly they assume that every customer is a potential thief and treat customers that way. She didn't want to return me my own bracelet until I said 'yes, I will take it'. Overall, the store has very unprofessional and unfriendly staff.

Her helpfulness, happy disposition and manner of treating costumers are truly an extra reason to return there!
