★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessionals that only want to milk the tenants. That is what I have seen from them. Severe leakage in my house every time it rains and they have not fixed it until now! 3 weeks no answer and of course nobody replies in the tickets and the emergency line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved into a half-broken studio. My windows couldn't open and my wardrobe door was broken and the wardrobe itself was missing screws so the shelf didn't hold up. Opened multiple tickets to my windows fixed, the maintenance guy came by ONCE and only made it worse! Then he left, saying he would come back later and he never did.
Now I moved out, I'm being charged for complete lies. It took them two months to send my check-out report for the deposit when I was going to get my deposit back in a month. I still haven't received my €800 (!!!!) deposit. Now that they have to give me my money back, they start being a hassle and making up complete lies to avoid giving my money back.
Ridiculous company. Never renting from these people again, I'd strongly advice you not to either.
