β β β β β First week, already a terrible experience with scam plots, rude staff, un-available customerservice and freezing apartment!
They will make you sign a list of used inventory with price of new items, some expensive items are duplicated like the bed and night stand (around 500 euros items). the hetaing shystem is extremely in-efficient and the windows have so muc hair coming in just like a fan (currently it is 16.8 degrees at 9:00 2/7/2021).
they will also report 1 or 2 minor almost useless damages in the check-in list, and ignore all he horror in the apartment (broken heating system, scratches everywhere, dirty furniter with oils stains and other stains, marks all over the wall, not finished cieling, low cieling that will hit you hard in the face unless you are < 170 cm)
The apartment is freezing to death, really feels like 0 inside, there is not support what so ever during weekends, the thermostate started to drop down after I wrote the reviews on other platforms (Trustpilot etc,,,), I hope the complains sent to the authorities are taken seriously instead of allowing such a scam business to exist!
Do not recommend this company, be careful, you are warned!

β β β β β Terrible service and people. The check out process is also bad. They will charge you heavily for cleaning (inspite of proper cleaning done prior to check in), small paint issues , etc etc. Basically no reasonable wear and tear is considered. I believe they should not rent these apartments and just keep it for themselves so they will stay brand new .
I had heard stories of my friends and colleagues about their terrible service and check out experience. But because of no choice at last minute had to select this apartment and ended up in big mess. No proper heating , no proper service, very bad check out process. It's basically looting money

β β β β β Being a new resident by tomorrow I only wish a few things; getting back my full deposit, hot water all day, no one to enter my room without permission. Ah and yes not to repay bills those already included in the rent. Weβll see.

β β β β β I was really worried after reading the reviews, but my apartment was handed to me clean and without issue. (Semi-furnished, so can't comment about the state of furniture) Plus, both the building and the studios are quite pleasant... I'm hoping there won't be a problem with the deposit during my check out in the future.

β β β β β Unfortunately their customer support staff is unfriendly and very low-skilled. They have poor knowlegde about solving basic problems.
1. In the winter the lofts are only 13 degrees.
2. In the summer the lofts are up to 32 degrees.
3. If the whole building don't have warm water they will take all their time and start fixing it a day later.
4. Sometimes 2 out of the 4 elevoters are not working for months.
6. The laundry place is unhygienic.
5. They will send you an email about a date they are going to clean the windows but nobody will show up.
I can go on and on but be aware that there is no way you will receive any form of quality for Holland2Stay customer support.

β β β β β Used to be an office building and it feels so after a week of living.
Totally unliveable for a long run, moved out as soon as I can.
Pros.
1. Clean, minimalistic design (looks good on photos but is not cozy).
2. Good location.
3. Was able to book it while abroad.
4. Fast check-in, staff was helpful when needed (though not always for free lol)
Cons.
1. The second floor is super small, I could not stand straight.
2. Very dim lighting, especially in the evening, only 1 window for a large (80m2) apartment.
3. A bit cold in winter.
4. Super hot in the summer (windows to the west).
5. Beware that H2S always tries to screw you at the checkout, so make sure you check all of the items during the check-in and notify them about missing ones. Also, make a photo of every possible scratch.
6. Cheap furniture and kitchen
