★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you care about your mental health: avoid this building. What should have been a nice new apartment building for young professionals has turned out to be a party flat known as the "Lloret de Mar of Strijp S". People vomiting in common areas, parties on weekdays and weekends, police coming every two weeks, broken mirrors, stolen doormats, broken bottles in halls...
The Cohesion and Rockfield Property Management, companies that run the building, do not take any useful actions.
This includes also not fixing several entrance doors that have been broken for more than 6 months (door to storage units, door to bycicle parking, main entrance to building, etc.).
Due to lack of security, several motorbikes were stolen already.
