Nachdem ich das Gerät gekauft habe und es offensichtlich defekt ist, habe ich eine Email mit Beweisfotos an den Kundenservice geschickt. Bis heute keine Antwort. An das Telefon geht niemand. Nachdem ich eine uninteressierte Dame am Telefon hatte, sagte Sie mir, Sie sei nicht zuständig. Ich muss den Hersteller selbst anrufen. Da kann man direkt bei anderen Anbietern online bestellen und bekommt sogar noch Rabatt. At first the advice was nice. Nachdem man uns hat 20 min warten lassen, wurde wir kurz vor Ladenschluss aufgefordert zu gehen, da man in der Zeit kein Verkaufsgespräch führen kann. Leider war die Verkäuferin sehr unfreundlich und ihr war der Freierabend bei 32 Grad wichtiger als einen Verkauf abzuschließen. That was the last time I was a customer. Ich war in der Filiale Krefeld und wurde dort schnell, kompetent und total freundlich empfangen und beraten durch Herrn Meißner! Somit kam es sehr schnell zu einem Kaufabschluß einer neuen Waschmaschine! Die Anlieferung der neuen Waschmaschine erfolgte, wie vereinbart, zwei Tage später! Das Lieferteam 440, welches uns die neue Waschmaschine lieferte, kann ich an dieser Stelle ebenfalls nur lobend erwähnen! Herr Jan Heuskel und Herr Rolf Seker waren nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern auch absolut flexibel was verschiedene Umstände anging. Das Team arbeitete schnell, sauber und professionell! ICH kann die Holzleitnerfiliale in Krefeld nur wärmstens empfehlen, womit ich wieder bei meinen Eingangssatz wäre...Kann es nicht immer so laufen?!
