★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing chinese food right in the center of Amsterdam. I tried chicken satay which wasn't dry at all and was full of flavor. Siu long bao and char siu bao also great starters. I can strongly recommend the duck. The flavor was great and the duck skin was crispy. Worth trying.

The restaurant was merely empty but I gave it a chance....
The spring rolls were dull, industrial and the sauce beside them extremely resembled ketchup, I even asked the waitress and to my surprise she told me its home made... What a disappointment...
The noodle soup with pork (char soui) looked nice... But from the first bite- big disappointment... No taste to the broth... Noodles were too soggy... The pork was kind of all right... But nothing more.
I asked for tap water and was refused. A shame really...
Look for other placss for Hong Kong food... ?
