★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte zur Erstberatung in diesen Laden gehen und werde ihn nie wieder betreten. Eine Dame am Empfang begrüßte uns und fragte nach unserem Anliegen.Als wir es vortrugen verwies die uns an einen Kollegen ,der gerade unten etwas holen würde und ging um ihn zu holen. Nach ca 5 Minuten kam sie wieder hoch und sagte er wäre jetzt in Mittagspause wir sollten später wieder kommen. Sorry aber das geht gar nicht
Wanted to go to this store for initial consultation and will never enter it again. A lady at the front desk greeted us and asked about our request, and when we presented it, she referred us to a colleague who was going to get something downstairs and went to get it. After about 5 minutes she came back up and said that he was off for lunch now and we should come back later. Sorry but that's not possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und bin schon nach 1 min. im Beratungsgespräch gelandet. Sogar noch bevor mein Warte-Kaffee fertig war. Großartig. :) Beratung war sehr kompetent, ausführlich und freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder.
I was welcomed in a very friendly manner and after just 1 minute I landed in the consultation. Even before my waiting coffee was ready. Great. :) Advice was very competent, detailed and friendly. I will gladly come again.
