Seit Frau Wippermann mir einen individuellen Hörschutz angefertigt hat, entfällt die Hochtonbelastung. So kann ich viel entspannter behandeln und trotzdem Gespräche führen. Since Ms. Wippermann made me individual hearing protection, the high-frequency exposure has been eliminated. So I can treat much more relaxed and still have conversations. Ich kann Frau Wippermann und die Mitarbeiter nur empfehlen. Bin dort seit über 5 Jahren und kenne Frau Wippermann seit 17 Jahren als sehr gute Akustikerin. Es gab nie ein Anlass zur Beschwerde. Here you can find a team that really cares about the customer. Hearing aid fitting is a matter of trust. It takes a lot of tact and patience. I can only recommend Ms. Wippermann and the staff. I have been there for over 5 years and have known Ms. Wippermann as a very good acoustician for 17 years. There was never any reason to complain.

Noch nie ist mir aber jemand begegnet, der das Handwerk so liebt wie Frau Wippermann. Es wird nicht gleich das teuerste Hörgerät verkauft, sondern es wird gemeinsam mit dem Betroffenen nach den besten Möglichkeiten gesucht. Dafür wird sich sehr gerne Zeit genommen und wenn es 2 Stunden dauert, kommt man trotzdem nicht erschlagen aus dem Gespräch. Das liegt an der warmherzigen und lustigen Art von Frau Wippermann und Team. Alle sind bemüht, es recht zu machen. Dieses Hörstudio kann ich nur empfehlen und dafür nehme ich auch gerne eine längere Anfahrt in Kauf. Ich habe DIE Akustikerin meines Vertrauens gefunden. Dankeschön und ich wünsche noch viele zufriedene Kunden und werde Sie natürlich weiterempfehlen. I have been wearing hearing aids since I was a child and have therefore met many acousticians. But I've never met anyone who loves the craft as much as Ms. Wippermann. The most expensive hearing aid is not sold straight away, but the best options are sought together with the person affected. People are very happy to take the time to do this, and if it takes 2 hours, the conversation is still not overwhelmed. This is due to the warm-hearted and funny manner of Ms. Wippermann and team. Everyone tries to please. I can only recommend this listening studio and I am happy to accept a longer journey. I have found THE acoustician I trust. Thank you and I wish many more satisfied customers and of course I will recommend you to others.
