★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big shop , wide range of assortment. When it comes to grass carpet (kunstgras) do not buy from them. There is big difference in samples or carpets you see in the shop and what gets delivered at home. And they do not guarantee that it will be same.
In terms of experience, I think it is easy and sometimes cheaper to buy all things you need in one shop. It is good experience as long as everything is fine. But they are not helpful and not friendly , when things go wrong. So buy at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought the whole set of bathroom furniture at Hornbach Duiven in September 2021.
Our construction work was originally on 22 Oct. But the technician has brought a broken sink (wastafel) to us. Then we have to wait until 1 Dec for him to come to bring a good sink to us.
I have to spend one more day to stay at home and wait for him.
The technician has came on 1 Dec and on 2 Dec, I received a bill regarding the work carried out for 1 Dec.
I do not think it is justified that the client has to pay for the mistake made by the company.
It is the first time I make purchase from the shop and I am very disappointed with it.
I don’t recommend it at all.
