L	Lauren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is hit and miss. Staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes not so friendly. One of the receptionists never smiles. She is cordial to your face but rolls her eyes behind you. Don’t come to work please.

Central location yet in picturesque setting opposite the river, With its own internal parking served by a vehicle lift_ brilliant! Rooms are huge with beautiful bathroom arrangement and coffee maker/HD TV, all facilities of a Very high standard yet at very good price (at weekend) friendly helpful staff and Wonderful restaurant (Dux Brasserie) with limited menu but high quality at fair price, with excellent house wine to a backdrop of ambient chill music. All within easy walk of the largest designer village in Europe which is open 7 days. You must stay here !

Food was excellent but staff topped it all very friendly and extreme knowledgeable about every detail and operation of the hotel. A must for everyone and we will be back
J	Julie mrchan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friend ate here and suddenly both got the worst stomach aches. We did not get a lot of food yet it had such a bad effect on us. The staff also kept looking at us weirdly and were very secretively talking. We felt the pain around the same time and are still feeling horrible. We both had a different meal and felt the pain around the same time. We are very disappointed.

I stayed here for a business trip and really managed to rest thanks to the super comfy bed and fantastic curtains system and lighting. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with toiletries and a proper air drier (super important for people with long hair)! The breakfast is served at the bar-brasserie: they offer a big selection of food and beverages, including a special selection of vegan options, different kind of bread and cereals. The staff is very welcoming and professional.
P	Puneet Zar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one is a must stay in you have to be in this area. Hotel is well maintained. Rooms are big and look really nice. Breakfast has a good spread. The in-house Bistro two has some of the best food we have ever had. Apparently it is run by chefs who also work in a nearby Michelin Star restaurant. There is underground parking at an extra cost but two EV charging spots where you can refill your vehicle for free. However the best part, which made it a 5 star for us, was the extremely polite, personable and helpful staff. They were at the center of our wonderful experience. Special shout out to Lars (front desk) for the tips and recommendations. PS: Coke, Beer, Water, Juice and Coffee in your room are included in your room price which is definitely a nice touch :)
