★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweet Hotel , friendly staff, good breakfast with nice chill out and working areas. 20min app to Schipol Airport (40€ with Uber / Taxi) - you can do everything with a bike ? , metro ?/ tram ? will come back for sure ? ♥️

We loved our room which was spacious and clean with a large bathroom for an excellent price.
The entire hotel is amazingly decorated and there is a great rooftop bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend posted a review after we had encountered some issues with HotelCasa months ago. But unfortunately, it has never been addressed even though we have been patiently waiting. We had experienced the worst customer communication with Hotelcasa. Due to its crews' insufficient communication with customer, we had to pay €1745.65 for 22 days, in what was advertised as a 'deal' for students looking for temporary accommodation, which has actually ended resembling predatory financial trap. And given all of the really quite obvious facts, we feel conned, and cannot recommend Hotel Casa at all to any student.
Despite Anke's understanding and response on google review, our eventual experience, after having been forwarded to the General Manager, was once again insultingly cursory dismissal!

The breakfast can be expanded with wasa crackres, bolletje beschuit, belgian waffles, other types of bread and more fruit for the people who do not want to eat eggs and bacon. Is a la carte breakfast possible ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience at Hotel Casa was awesome & the staff are absolutely incredible. Everyone was professional and friendly - it was a true first class experience. The hotel isn’t far from the city center, so it was an easy walk (even with a stroller). We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the private bathroom was top!
We also rented 2 bikes to go around, the bike were in perfect conditions and the hotel staff friendly and helpful.
