★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has zero vision of what customer service is. We were having a dinner with a group of friends for birthday of one of them. Someone made a cake as a present and we asked whether after dinner we could light up a candle and share the cake. The answer was an obvious no, and the response was given in the most arrogant manner. The manager of the place said: "how do you think we will allow to have home made cake if we sell cakes here. If you want cake, you have to buy ours". This is of course a way to think about business, but the feeling that we had was: no way we are coming back here or recommending this place to anyone. How much money did you lose as the result of us not buying a cake at your restaurant? 20 eur? Is it worth it compared to what you lost in terms of future customers? Very short sighted!
It didn't stop there though, we set at a table waiting for a couple of others to come. We asked for just still water to start with and guess what the answer was "you can only get water if you order another drink" . I mean... we just came in! Of course when you have dinner you order other drinks!! Completely ridiculous and disrespectful.
My conclusion - the place is focused on passer by tourists, not on locals.
As per food - remarkably average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant looks beautiful, staff are nice. I went on Monday for dinner but it was very quiet, maybe it was also early. Wholewheat pizza was filling, but I think it was with too much tomato sauce. I didn't like the dough very much, it didn't taste nice, quite crunchy but had a flavor of oil when it goes bad, maybe traditional pizza would've tasted better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have you ever been explicitly told by a restaurant waitress that your opinions mean Nothing to them, and that you don’t count at all because they have more than 500 reviews? Let me be more specific, AFTER YOU JUST PAYED! Well, if you haven’t and you would like to experience some unsolicited drama, this is a place to go.
There is a very unprofessional waitress. She listened to private conversations, while ignored the orders of those who actually were speaking to her. Then she got annoyed and jumped into MY conversation ( let’s give extra credit to the fact that she was listening to my native language, so clearly we were not talking to her) just to tell us we were wrong and she was right and obviously had the utmost duty to express this and put us in our place.
As mentioned before, while paying, the story repeated by the SAME waitress telling us how insignificant and “hypocrites” we were. Obviously, only once the 100 euros were payed, so hypocrite who?
Overall a very bad experience. Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff.
-Also, very average, quite mediocre pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was now two times at the pizza heart bar. The first I had a good time and the pizza was tasty. The second time however ended up in a very bad experience. I decided to celebrate my birthday at the pizza heart bar. What a bad idea…. me and my friends ended up to be treated very impolite and unprofessional. In the end I was very embarrassed to bring my friends to this restaurant. I will not push my luck again and will not come back and further will not recommend this place to any of my friends.
Funny thing in the end:They told us, if we write a bad review it would not matter as they have enough excellent reviews, well a little bit down the line you find a bad review of one of my friends about the bad service…yesterday suddenly 4 reviews about the good service pop up some of them not even commenting on the strength of the place, the tasty pizza. Makes me wonder how much you can trust the 500 reviews in the end.

Food and service are always excellent and fair prices ( many varieties of vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian and much more). I have been served by Imma, her service made my dinner PERFECT!! Thank you Pizza Heart to let me feel home!! ❤️??

We had a great evening here: starter, Pizza and desert. The food was all better than great and as vegans we had great choices!
But the service is just amazing. Even while the restaurant was full, the team managed to have a lot of attention for all of us.
Amazing food and esperience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received these pizzas yesterday with Uber, the Parma ham looked purple and off. I did not risk eating it. The pizza was soggy on the margherita pizza with the toppings all on the side of the box. I called the restaurant to complain but I was not listened to. I would never order here. Waste of money awful pizza and customer service
