★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet comfortable room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The gym was very nice and we'll equipped. No iron in room, but the staff brought one to me quickly. Nice breakfast. Parking to hotel is a bit confusing, make sure to follow the signs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place from entrance, small lobby but big breakfast room and facilities. Rooms are big but a bit noisy in the morning. Cleaning level on average and could be improved. Breakfast is very good with lot of selection. Staff is supportive and restaurant very good. Hotel in general is a bit expensive compared to the offering but ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good hotel with some minor weaknesses. Best of this hotel is its location right in center of city. Staff is friendly and attentive. Good breakfast. Room is clean and of sufficient size. But bed is very soft. Water pressure in shower is very low. This should be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. We ate in the brasserie and the 3 course dinner was delicious and well thought out. We had a view from 4th floor (room 425) overlooking the market place it was great to sit on the balcony and watch the buzz of Den Bosch. - Check my pics. The room itself was kinda cool everything you'd expect from an hotel but the bed was really comfy and I got a few good nights sleep. All in all a very pleasant stay. Just on little gripe hence 4*, the layout of the hotel. My g'friend doesn't do lifts and the way through the hotel using the stairs can get a little confusing as you have to use two different flights of stairs in different parts of the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boyfriend bought these hotel nights as a birthday gift but majority of the staff seemed lazy especially one named Sophie and never wanted to do more for the customer which is a shame for them as it does not reflect the price of the hotel because with their prices - a high quality should always be received by the customer. The food range was mediocre/average for a 4* hotel. They need to have a check again at this hotel for the rating as it may be going downhill with a 3* more accurate for them and the service. Disappointed and would recommend the other 4* hotels as we have also been to those previously
