It's a stones throw away from the train station which travels directly to and from the airport. There's a dedicated coffee shop for breakfast and as a general hangout, there's an overnight shop (literally called The Night Shop) which stocks any necessities you may be missing. The room itself is contempary and minimalistic in style with a strong colour and horse theme. This may sound tacky, but it's honestly refreshing and aesthetically pleasing. The bed is "Duke" sized, there's a small lounge area and a mini fridge to hold drinks and things. The bathroom is spacious and includes a heated mirror and their own brand of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Check-in is done via iPad, there is no staff on sight, but they can be called if any problems and housekeeping do rounds every day. There are many places to eat, drink and hang out and most will deliver to the hotel directly, but the city is quite beautiful and pleasantly busy, I'd strongly recommend walking around to find a bite to eat.

Great self check in hotel which makes it very interesting. Nice furniture and atmosphere and walking distance from the Market and the city center with all restaurants and bars. Last but not least, 100 meters from the city railways and bus station. Amazing cafe just bellow the hotel where you can enjoy a snack or leave your luggage for couple of hours! Strongly recommend, a great value for the money!!

Needed a cheap place to sleep, this hotel did exactly that! Very comfortable bed and a great location. The missing star is due to the check-in process not being clear to me. It is self service, so you need a code to get in the front door. I never knew or received an obvious mail about this. Easily rectified by phoning the lovely people on the number indicated on the door, but a little hindrance. Would you it again for a crash pad any day!

Automated checkin > no interaction with anyone. The heating was off when I got to the room and the TV remote was not working, the lack of the reception to get it fixed or to solve any other issue is quite a big deal. No heating in the restroom. My room was a bit noisy as I was staying in front of the door in the corridor. Perfect position and cool interiors.

I stayed in this hotel for a night due to a concert in Tilburg. I've chosen it because of the easy and connection to the public transport system. Basically it was a good stay. The (so-called) little room was spacious enough for one person and it had everything what you needed. Unfortunately the self-check in did not work when I arrived - which is crucial as there is no staff directly located in the hotel. But there's a phone and you can speak to people who are working closely. I really hated the too small stairs! Fortunately I had only a bag with me, if I would have larger baggage with me this would have been really annoying.

The 'little' in Little Duke is certainly true. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom so small you have to either keep the door open when you go to the toilet or sit side-saddle. Shower was under the incline of the attic roof, with an angle. If you're tall, you wouldn't fit in there. That being said, the location is great, the price is decent, the design is cool, the beds are comfortable. In the center of town, so noisy, and in the middle of summer incredibly hot.

It's a charming hotel, not a comfort hotel. We stayed in the "tower room" (number 9). The view is lovely and the room is certainly charming. Unfortunately the room is also quite small and lacks several basic conveniences. On one side of the bed you can't stand up straight because the roof slopes down over the bed. An extra pane of glass has been attached to the original single pane windows but this does insulate sufficiently. After a couple of warm days the temperature I'm the room was unpleasantly high. The fan available in the room is insufficient to cool the room. The windows can be locked open a few millimetres but this does not allow enough cool air to flow in. Opening the windows further allows rain to pour in and flood the room. The only way to get into the shower is to move sideways between the shower door and the washbasin. Breast time to visit is probably in spring or early autumn when it's not too cold or too hot outside.

Nice location, great bed, just what you need for one night. If your dream is to ever shower in the size of an IKEA shower, this is the place to be. Bathroom is SUPER small, both shower and toilet cannot be used comfortably. Hotel has lovely service and design throughout. Would go again but only for 1 night and when I'm out during the day.
