★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms without windows. Food in the restaurant came within 30 seconds of ordering it??? Could not eat it and the wi if, terrible. Stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned.

A very friendly receptionist welcomed me and it wasn't a problem to check-in 10 minutes before official check-in time (3 PM).
The room was tidy, well kept with well-functioning heating and air-conditioning and especially worth mentioning is the excellent quality of the beds and bedlinen. Complimentary are 2 Nespresso's and thee inside the room but water needs to be bought at a machine.
TV offered a wide arrange of HD channels with good picture quality. Very impressive is the cosy hotel lobby (see photos). From here it's about a 15 to 20 minutes walk to the city centrum. If you're looking for a good quiet night sleep with a bit of luxury, a bit out of the city hassle, this hotel is highly recommendable. I booked through Agoda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful. Spacious rooms, and the entire property is extremely clean and modern. The hip-industrial vibe of the property was very fitting, as the hotel is built inside of a retired Tram depot.
Extensive bathrooms with shower & freestanding bathtub. Staff were extremely friendly and never left me wanting for anything during my 5-night stay. Just outside of the tourism center, but in a very nice and safe neighborhood near a street market and De Hallen shopping center/food hall.
Some rooms do lack outward facing windows, however it never felt claustrophobic. Will definitely return during my next trip to Amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently staying at this hotel, I checked in at 2:30 pm. I went into the room and went to the bathroom and the toilet was dirty black inside. I did a cleaning to check if it was not clean or because the toilet was old. But my surprise was that it wasn't clean. I filed the complaint and absolutely nothing was done. I arrived to sleep and the pillows are too high, I asked to change it to a little lower. There is no such option, all are tall. I'm amazed at a hotel that says 4 stars is like that. I went for a Coke at the bar, asked to pay at check out. The employee forced me to make payment at the time of purchase of the drink. I asked twice to pay at check out, the answer was the same. That I should make the payment.

Today I just slides by to have a business call and get some work done.
Surprised how many people hanging out and working there. Feels almost a little co working.
The atmosphere is clean, typical hotel with a little extra friendly spice.

Location is fantastic, in a cool and hip district within walking distance to to all the main attractions in the city. Easily accessible from and to the Airport

The position of the hotel is very good, in a quiet area with lovely markets just around the corner.
The rooms are clean end even though some of them they don’t have a window (only a window to an internal corridor) there is a good light.
Beds are comfy.
The breakfast if very very good with lots of choices and the possibility also to order a la carte.
Very nice stay!
Also because it was my birthday I was offered a piece of cake for breakfast. Lovely!
