★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression of the staff was by phone. Not impressed. I called to let them know that I would be in late. They said that they were not going to get no sleep for coming in late. Not a nice way to welcome somebody to your place.there is limited parking so be prepared. Room had a few spiders on the wall. The picture for water does not fit in the refrigerator door? Hmm. No welcoming snacks plain Jane kitchen. Traffic at the front of the building is fast be careful if you have kids....

Hotel location is great city centre, harbour, park, beach, cinema, restaurants all a few minutes walking distances ranging between 2-15 minutes. Parking available. Recently renovated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very welcoming hotel! Clean, comfortable and ideally situated for sightseeing of Hoorn. Friendly staff managed to help us in English. We were given outing ideas, a map and our two boys received a special treat everyday that we stayed there. Highly recommended! Enjoyed our stay immensely! Well done to the whole team!
