★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good. No breakfast . All restaurants closed for covid but on the hotel no breakfast. On the room the heating make a rumors like a train. Cannot sleep. On the rom strange smells.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel ever! Since the beginning of Corona virus situation, we tried to cancel and get the refund back. Now it’s have been almost three years, no money back, very rude and inconsiderate attitude. Hope you’ll get that same treatment you gave us from the costumers. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our flight got canceled because of bad weather conditions.
The staff couldn’t care less and didn’t even bother to support us in any way (reschedule or a voucher) and greedy as they are, kept all the money. The staff was in my opinion very unfriendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roy was exceptional, he helped my father (who does not speak English at all) to find another hotel because Hotel La Reine was fully booked. After seeing this high level of customer service I do not understand why this hotel does not have 5 stars. I cannot wait to stay here in the future!

We couldn’t reache the hotel because of horrible weather conditions and got in a very dangerous situation. The hotel didnt seem to bother at all and was just interested in their bottom line. Not even a voucher or a copon was offered. We were basically told from how I felt a super unfriendly staff, we are screwed.
From what I experienced: The worst greedy people ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was incredible! Everyone was helpful and friendly, and they really made our stay special. The rooms are just what you'd expect, but they were very clean in general. Definitely visiting again!
