★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing stay, the reception staff was super helpful, we got an upgrade to a bigger room. The breakfast is definitely worth the money and you can get it served in the room. We loved it, definitely would recommend the hotel to our friends and family and we would love to come back some day. Thank you! ?

Pros: great staff- friendly and courteous. Kudos for great customer service.
nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds, good shower, and good breakfast included. Location is wonderful.
Cons: no parking on the premises, breakfast buffet has no sneeze guards protecting the food and no mask was required when up at the Buffet during times of Covid-19
The sum - I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eventhough the hotel has a policy of non smoking I was up all night because of the smell. I felt I couldn't breath. They tried to help me tho, but the damage was alreadt done. Nice hotel, room and near the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and modern decoration, spacious bedrooms, central location (5 minutes to historical city centre), good breakfast, close to the central station. I strongly recommrnend a stay here while visiting Haarlem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Valentines day we woke up to what appeared to be a nightmare, but unfortunately it was reality. At approximately 7:30 AM we heard very loud banging on the ceiling and all around us. This was not normal banging, it sounded like a military dude with heavy footwear trying to kick in our doors and kill us. The volume of fireworks. We immediately called reception and they told us that construction work was needed to be done. They said that they told them to stop but it went on for the rest of the morning. We left early. This is not the vibe you want to get on Valentines day.

Very grateful to their strong gesture which was appreciated and now would recommend this hotel. The way the complaint was dealt with, shows class. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable! Room clean and friendly staff (except for the original rude one ? ). Thank you.
