G	Giorgio Magnani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a very convenient location, next to the Central Station, and within walking distance from the main attractions of Amsterdam. The road is however not too pleasant (often dirty and noisy at times). We stayed in a triple room and found it relatively small and basic. The bathroom was also relatively small, and not perfectly cleaned (we found hair from previous guests).The room faced the street and there was noise at night, although this was manageable and did not affect our sleep significantly. On the positive side, the staff was extremely kind, helpful and attentive, doing their best to make our stay comfortable. Overall, I would recommend staying at Hotel Luxer, but only if looking for a no-frills experience. The main strengths during our stay were the location and the staff, the main weakness was the room itself.

Can't say enough good thing's about the staff here ( special mention for Nabil ) - so refreshing to experience the level of service and friendliness here. Great location also.. surrounded by great bars/ cafes/ restaurant's.. and everything else Amsterdam holds.

Pretty disgusting in a pandemic to have the ability to book but not amend. Not sure I know of any other hotels that wouldn't amend the ticket either. Terrible attitude to business!

Room was small and simple, but it was warm and clean. location is perfect, stuff people were much cooperative with wonderful smile. I like to back to this place again.. Oh, I forgot. A very nice small bag with drink, sweets bars, tissues, was given as gift before we leave. with wonderful mints bar as well, which was what we need when we have a long stay in the airport. ??

Booked 2 nights here but flights were cancelled after 7 hours of delay at the airport. Messaged the hotel telling them about these circumstances completely beyond our control. No flexibility to reschedule. I asked if there was any way they would consider refund even the 2nd night as they had additional notice on that but completely unwilling to be compassionate to our circumstances. With other ‘non refundable’ reservations through Covid I have been offered options to reschedule but Luxer completely unwilling to entertain this. Be careful.

Great location that is center Al to the city with friendly staff. Quick and easy checkin with a 24 he staffed front desk.
