★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice designed hotel and friendly staff. Upon arrival we were accomadated in one of the newer rooms in the new building. The breakfast in their restaurant due to corona is a but pricey, and the portions are not big. Neither does the breakfast bag satisfy, since it is quite small. Yet, the nice area outside the new building was equipped with a small park and benches which was nice. Very central location, I don't think I could name a better hotel in a location like this for this price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great and recommended place to stay! I stayed here for 2 days and it was a nice experience for me. We booked a small bedroom but it was upgraded by the hotel.
The hotel receptionists were really nice and professional, the bedroom was clean, the decoration was beautiful, and the hotel is really near to the city, so it's quite easy to go anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The level of comfort and customer service in this hotel is zero.
I came in the cold winter months and the AC was stuck on cold - 19 degrees and did not warm up. I told this to the reception guy in the night who brushed me off and said he couldn't do anything about it now. Very unhelpful and didn't care at all. Not 4 star service.
In the morning, after having barely slept and having a sore throat from the cold air which would not turn off at all, I called reception to ask for late check out at 3pm so I could rest more and she told me no its totally not possible. Zero help, zero empathy. After this i asked for a discount on my room and then suddenly she was able to let me have late check out at 4pm...
I'm not sure if this kind of rudeness it typical to Holland as I've had a similar story in another hotel but I don't recommend this place if you enjoy 4 star comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel and in a great location. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but it did the trick. Shower was amazing. The only thing I would change would be to have a fridge in the room but it's my fault for not checking that before booking. Overall the staff are very friendly and the room itself was very well decorated and extremely quiet.
