De zeven bijzondere zalen nodigen uit tot een feestje of inspirerend zaken doen. De ruimtes hebben een hoog plafond, zijn verschillend van sfeer en formaat en hebben een kleurrijke en nostalgische uitstraling. Twee van de zalen zijn extra speciaal: directievertrek Reuchlin en Plate ademen nog steeds de authentieke Holland Amerika Lijn sfeer uit en kunnen gehuurd worden voor bijvoorbeeld een diner of een vergadering. Ook kan er getrouwd worden in Hotel New York!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were recommended to go to this hotel for a cocktail while we were in Rotterdam. No reservation was made, luckily we were late enough that they had a drinks table free for the four of us.
The team were extremely helpful, funny and provided some amazing cocktails and local drinks for us to try.
Would highly recommend it

Good location, good food, fine service and mixed audience. All in all a recommended place.
Take the water taxi here to have the real feel of the place, but there is also street parking next to it (not cheap, but often with spaces).

Came back in the late evening after dinner service ended and we were able to have coffee and dessert. Amazing Oreo cheesecake! Super friendly staff, especially our waiter. Service was quick

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely location. The room was totally mind-blowing. It kept going and going. We were in the loft room, and had such amazing views plus a huge floor plan and our own rooftop terrace.
Room service was delicious. Staff was super friendly. Even had bathrobes waiting for us at check-in. Almost fell down the stairs once or twice ? ? But overall an amazing experience
Also awesome that the Rotterdam Water Taxi was right there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel with a great location. The hotel has such a nice aesthetic, and the theme really fits the old port vibes. The room was really nice and bigger than we thought it was going to be. The prices are a bit steep, and there is a bit of traveling to get to the sights of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big, popular and therefore busy restaurant and hotel. So it’s good to reserve ahead.
The hotel is located in the old offices of the Holland America cruise line, and they have some lovely rooms overlooking the water. The water-view-rooms on the second floor have recently been renovated.
The restaurant has a shellfish bar/section, but you can also order from the menu. We were quite happy with the personal service despite the fact that it was busy.
It’s a large and quite noisy place, with high ceilings. Great atmosphere but if you’re looking for a quiet dining experience then I believe this is not your restaurant.
