★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De handdoeken werden (als je dit wilde) elke dag verschoond. Bed werd elke dag weer netjes opgemaakt en vuilnis werd elke dag geleegd. Soms was het een beetje gehorig. Maar dit was voornamelijk tijdens de ontbijttijden waardoor niemand hier veel last van kan hebben gehad omdat iedereen rond hetzelfde tijdsstip ontbijt. Ontbijt was erg goed. Verschillende soorten brood en broodjes. Erg veel keuze uit beleg en uit drinken. Ook iets extras zoals eieren erbij. Zelfs yoghurt voor de mensen die dit wilden. Ruime keuze uit diner. Wij hadden een arrangement en hadden keuze uit 3 voorgerechten, een stuk of 10 hoofdgerechten en 3 nagerechten. Het eten was erg lekker en goede porties. Er zaten warme en koude groenten bij. De laatste dag kon mijn medegast door problemen niet beneden komen eten. Ze heeft het hele 3 gangen menu boven kunnen krijgen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en helpt je bij vragen. Het was een geweldig verblijf. Er is ook een mooie omgeving waar je vanalles kunt ondernemen. Wandelen, fietsen, kabelbaan, grotten. En nog wel veel meer.
 The towels were (if you wanted this) changed every day. Bed was neatly made every day and garbage was emptied every day. Sometimes it was a bit noisy. But this was mainly during breakfast times so nobody could have been bothered by this because everyone had breakfast around the same time. Breakfast was very good. Different types of bread and rolls. Lots of choice of toppings and drinks. Also something extra such as eggs. Even yogurt for the people who wanted this. Wide choice of dinner. We had a package deal and had a choice of 3 starters, about 10 main courses and 3 desserts. The food was very tasty and good portions. There were hot and cold vegetables. The last day my fellow guest was unable to come and eat downstairs due to problems. She was able to get the whole 3 course menu upstairs. The staff is very friendly and will help you with any questions. It was a great stay. There is also a beautiful area where you can do all kinds of things. Hiking, biking, cable car, caves. And much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a single room where the window couldn't close. Then asked for another room. Was told by the manager there is another room. When I got to the new room it was much smaller and very warm. I then went to complain again as the usual procedure is to get an upgrade and not a downgrade. The owner totally lost his temper, threatened to beat me up if I do not leave immediately and called me a d*#k in Dutch. I was shocked that this is the way clients are treated about a legitimate complaint. Probably an owner who simply does not care any longer.
