L	Lysanne Tabak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotelroom itself was fine. The room was good sized but wasn't cleaned properly. The coffee machine in the room wasn't cleaned at all. The service at the reception also wasn't great. The girl helping us to check in couldn't hear us because of the other girls talking to loudly about their private lifes. Not very professional. The breakfast was very chaotic. We needed to ask for our food twice. When we went for a coffee in the afternoon we told the bar lady where we were gonna sit. They forgot us for 20 minutes. After that we went to the bar and they told us: we simply forgot you were there. There also was no choice of pie left. When we left the grand cafe there was plenty left.

A	Alessandra De Praetere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying at the Hotel Theater Figi for the IMU Conference. The welcome at the hotel was very friendly and clear. The room was very spacious which was great because I was staying for a few days. Also very clean. Only small thing: when I closed the shutters there was a constant 'ticking' noise because of the wind which was quite annoying. But that's the only thing that was bothering me. The breakfast was okay however a bit limited, especially for a four star hotel. I also ate in the restaurant two times: the food was very good, also the wine was good, but the service was quite slow. The first day I had to sit there for ten minutes before someone came to my table. However overall a great stay for the conference, keep up the good work!

S	SnK 777 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Hotel, great service! Staff are very friendly and the suite was really spacious and clean. With regards to the suite I think a small upgrade to the main TV in the room would be a suggestion. It's modern but not enough for a luxury suite. I do think they need to reduce or remove the carpark charge for guests, this adds €10 to the bill in reality.
A	Arne ter Mors on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel that the price/quality ratio of the hotel is deteriorating. Suddenly you have to pay 10 euros per day for parking, before this it was free. Also, your room is no longer cleaned daily. Not a problem in itself, but all in all I don't think the quality to the price is ok anymore. I have been coming to the hotel for more than 10 years, 2 x a year, for 1 week to 10 days and so far I have had a great feeling. However, I must confess that next time I will look around a bit more for a possible other hotel.

Breakfast buffet had a range of good options for me; my only minor complaint is that the juice frequently ran out and the cups were very small. The hotel is a short walk away from a very nice street of shops where I could pick up any little thing I needed. Noise isolation in the rooms isn’t as good as some hotels I’ve experienced, but I could only hear people standing in the hallway near my room, not people in other rooms. Bed was very comfortable. The single duvet was a drawback, as both my partner and I move around a lot when we sleep, but I understand this is more of a regional thing. (At least it was nice and big!)
