★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben Houben een taxatie laten uitvoeren op de woning die we gekocht hebben, maar achteraf heel veel spijt dat wij hun dit laten doen hebben.
De taxatie is niet goed uitgevoerd en we zijn 4x afgewezen om een bouwkundig onderzoek te laten doen omdat de woning in goede staat zou verkeren.
Maar na aankoop zijn we toch achter hoop verborgen gebreken gekomen en hebben nu kunnen we zelf voor de kosten opdraaien!!!
 We had Houben carry out a valuation on the house we bought, but afterwards we very much regret that we let them do this.
The valuation was not carried out properly and we were rejected 4 times to have a structural survey done because the house is said to be in good condition.
But after purchase we discovered a lot of hidden defects and now we can pay for the costs ourselves!!!
