24u zijn allang afgelopen volgens mij zijn ze een cursus aan het volgen hoe te antwoorden.
Responded, get a neat auto reply "We will contact you within 24 hours .."
24 hours have long since ended, I think they are taking a course on how to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een vaste trap geplaats te hebben van 1ste verdieping naar zolder zijn we tegen de volgend grote verborgen problemen gekomen.
De zoldervloer en spanten zitten vol met houtworm, de nokbalk is weg gerot in openshouw en missen over heel de lengte van woning stuk spouwmuur (was afgetimmerd met schroten binnenkant)
In 1998 is de dakconstructie vernieuwd door de vorige eigenaars en de constructie is helemaal niet in orde. tijdens bezichtiging woning, was de vliesotrap slecht toegangelijk weinig licht om de zolder goed bezichtiging te doen .
De makelaar heeft ons daarover nooit geinformeerd en in hun brochure stond vermeld de woning is in zeer goede staat onderhouden!!!
After installing a fixed staircase from the 1st floor to the attic, we encountered the following major hidden problems.
The attic floor and trusses are full of woodworm, the ridge beam has rotted away in open sheath and is missing a piece of cavity wall along the entire length of the house (was finished with timber inside)
In 1998 the roof construction was renewed by the previous owners and the construction is not in order at all. during a viewing of the house, the vliesotrap was difficult to access, little light to do a good viewing of the attic.
The broker never informed us about this and their brochure stated that the house is maintained in very good condition!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht bereikbaar. Komt afspraken niet na. Wat ik vooral zeer kwalijk vond was dat de makelaar 45 min te laat was bij sleuteloverdracht. Aardige mensen hoor. Maar niet om op te rekenen.
Hard to reach. Doesn't keep appointments. What I especially found very bad was that the broker was 45 minutes late at key transfer. Nice people. But not to count on.
