Indien gewenst kunnen er projectwebsites aangemaakt worden waarop we uw woningen kunnen presenteren. Daarnaast maken wij gebruik van social media en indien gewenst een lokaal online en offline advertentiebeleid. Onze ingeschreven woningzoekers worden geïnformeerd over het nieuwe woningaanbod en via bovengenoemde marketing gaan wij op zoek naar de juiste huurder voor uw woning.

Huurder Utrecht on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial contact positive, which soon degraded forcing me to contact them to get a timely response. This was a matter of them expecting a prompt response to their inquiries, but not providing the same in return to mine.
Two out of three employees at this office went on vacation, leaving a third by himself, who readily admitted being overwhelmed and told us to wait for the two others to return after which my inquiries would get a reponse, this seems to me a matter of a company simply not having enough capacity to do the job that is expected of them.
Simple questions were answered quite promptly but when a question needed a bit of thought/time/effort to reply to, it was either ignored or I was told to contact a third party myself, while they expected me to keep them informed.
As soon as things did not go as planned, they became very disrespectful and acted simply childish, not just in front of my family, but in front of new prospective customers who were taking a look at the house.
Very, very unprofessional and as Martijn Spronk mentions in his review, their top priority is clearly their own interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, from the perspective of someone looking for a place, I did not have the best experience with HH Utrecht. Some of the aspects were good, however at the end of the day, from the dealings with this agency, it seemed obvious that their main goal was just closing the deal, and then leaving the picture. At no point in the process did I have the feeling the agency had service on the top of their mind, or the huurder or verhuurders interests; instead the top priority was their own interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Searching for housing in the Netherlands, and specifically in Utrecht, is a nightmare. (If you didn't know, now you know). HouseHunting Utrecht helped me find my dream house! Both Anna and Ewout were amazing, fully professional, helpful and responsive. If you think that this is the expectation for any rental agency, well it's not.
Here, you won't need paid subscriptions to respond, you won't get invited along with 10+ people (with very little chance of getting the apartment), and you won't spend your money going to viewings, express interest after and never hear from them again.
