Thuis gaan we op zoek naar de eerste kachel (supermax), geen prijs te vinden op de website. We wilden graag naar een fysieke winkel om goed voorgelicht te worden. Nu moeten we alsnog via internet alles uitzoeken? Wij vinden dit niet heel klantvriendelijk. Sorry, maar daarom maar 2 sterren

At home we look for the first heater (supermax), no price to be found on the website. We wanted to go to a physical store to be well informed. Recht door zee daar houden wij van, een dikke tien voor het gaten boren (geen rotzooi) en het installeren. Buitengewoon netjes, alles keurig geïnstalleerd en verpakking opgeruimd en meegenomen. Een aanrader dus.

Straight forward, that's what we like, a big ten for drilling holes (no mess) and installing. Extremely neat, everything neatly installed and packaging cleaned up and taken away. So highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb het contact met dit bedrijf als zeer positief ervaren. Tijdens de eerste telefoongesprekken kwam men vakkundig en servicegericht over, maar vooral ook sympathiek. Al mijn wensen hebben we tot in detail met elkaar afgestemd. Dit is ook zo in de offerte meegenomen en later verrekend waar nodig was: transparant en eerlijk! Het was ontzettend fijn dat de installateurs mij betrokken tijdens de installatie over bepaalde adhoc keuzes die gemaakt moesten worden. Kortom: het was een gezellige dag met hardwerkende vakkundige installateurs die weten waar ze mee bezig zijn! Wij gaan jarenlang plezier beleven aan onze Veldheer 3!

I have had a very positive experience with this company. During the first telephone conversations they came across as professional and service-oriented, but above all sympathetic. We have coordinated all my wishes in detail. This is also included in the quotation and settled later where necessary: transparent and fair! It was really nice that the installers involved me during the installation about certain ad hoc choices that had to be made. In short: it was a pleasant day with hard-working professional installers who know what they are doing! We will enjoy our Veldheer 3 for years to come!
