Na een telefoontje snel/keurig geholpen aan een nieuwe pijp zodat we weer heerlijk kunnen stoken. Zeer fijn bedrijf en kundige mensen. Bought a heater from them twice already, very satisfied. Our old smoke duct turned out to be leaking. After a phone call, we quickly / neatly helped with a new pipe so that we can stoke wonderfully again. Very nice company and knowledgeable people.

We worden altijd uitstekend geholpen. Purchased a wood burning stove about 3 years ago. Delivery and installation of the stove. All + points. Do we have any questions about the stove? We always receive excellent assistance.

Op zondag een probleem omdat we niet wisten hoe we de kachel weg moesten halen voor een nieuwe vloer die maandag gelegd zou worden! 1 appje was voldoende en we werden direct gebeld en geholpen met instructies over het tijdelijk weghalen van de houtkachel! En dat terwijl de kachel al drie jaar geleden geplaatst is!! Niet te geloven! Ik raad de zaak in Ureterp aan bij iedereen! Het plaatsen was top de service is top dus 5 sterren dik verdiend en had ik er 10 kunnen geven had ik dat gedaan! What an excellent service to experience from these top people! A problem on Sunday as we didn't know how to remove the stove for a new floor to be laid on Monday! 1 app was enough and we were immediately called and helped with instructions about temporarily removing the wood stove! And that while the stove was installed three years ago!! Unbelieveable! I recommend the place in Ureterp to everyone! The placement was top the service is top so 5 stars well deserved and I could have given 10 I would have done that!

De kachel brandt nu een aantal weken, en we zijn er zeer tevreden over. Zeker een aanrader om je kachel te kopen!!! We bought a romotop heater here at the beginning of December, very fast delivery, very helpful, and very friendly and thoughtful owners. The stove has been burning for several weeks now and we are very satisfied with it. Definitely a must to buy your stove!!!

Goede communicatie en op de afgesproken datum stonden de heren op de oprit met bus en hoogwerker. Very friendly and helpful. Installation went perfectly despite the height of a good 8 meters. Good communication and on the agreed date the gentlemen were in the driveway with bus and aerial platform.
