★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zag een aantal 1 sterren reviews zonder omschrijving, zelf snap ik dat helemaal niet aangezien het een goede organisatie is.
Ik heb zelf eerst een factuur door hen laten opmaken om dit vervolgens thuis te bespreken, al snel konden ze langskomen om een palletkachel te installeren. Zowel de mensen in de winkel als de installateurs waren erg vriendelijk en meedenkend.
Ze hebben netjes de palletkachel gemonteerd en het ziet er goed uit! Verder hebben ze de kachel alvast gevuld en een uitleg gegeven als het gaat om gebruik en onderhoud. Dit bedrijf staat een beetje teveel in de achtergrond als het gaat om kachelbedrijven, terwijl dit betrouwbare mensen zijn die goede service kunnen verlenen voor een redelijke prijs! Zelf kan deze mensen alleen maar aanraden aan andere.
I saw a number of 1 star reviews without a description, I do not understand that at all since it is a good organization.
I first had an invoice drawn up by them and then discussed this at home, soon they could come and install a pallet stove. The people in the store as well as the installers were very friendly and helpful.
They have neatly mounted the pallet stove and it looks good! Furthermore, they have already filled the stove and gave an explanation when it comes to use and maintenance. This company is a little too much in the background when it comes to stove companies, while these are reliable people who can provide good service for a reasonable price! These people can only recommend them to others.
