★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an order for €16.50 on Uber Eats and the order was accepted by the restaurant. An hour later I called for an update and was told I’d be called back in 10 minutes. I wasn’t called back so called them again 25 minutes later, my call was rejected so I called again. The man on the phone was rude and told me they can’t accept such a small order and that they won’t be delivering it. He then told me they have no drivers and I should contact Uber Eats and ask for a refund. Awful service from start to finish, they could have rejected the order at any point, but instead left us waiting for 90 minutes without doing anything. If they show such disregard for the basics of customer service, I would hat to think of how they treat your food when you’re not around. Would absolutely NOT recommend. There are loads of pizza places, pick another one.
