A	Andrew Matthews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food 2 hours ago and still hasn't arrived. Restaurant not picking up the phone. BUYER BEWARE. Update: food arrived after nearly 2.5 hours. Everything was cold and the chips were inedible. Had to arrange alternative dinner so the 1 star remains.
R	Red Gatorade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It isn’t Roscoe’s but it’s the best American soul food I’ve had in Amsterdam so far. Chicken was delicious and really high quality, but it could be crispier. Mac and cheese really cheesy (which I LOVE), but was spicier than expected. I ordered delivery and it arrived faster than I expected (within 1 hour). Based on the distance, that was a pretty good delivery time. Would definitely order here again! P.S. some additional feedback for the restaurant: I think Uber Eats is setting unrealistic expectations for the delivery times. It says within 15-20 minutes but I live at least 20 mins from you guys, so that’s not realistic. Maybe that’s why some customers are so upset?
S	Silky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is unseasoned, except for the "sticky" (spoiler: it wasn't sticky) korean wings. Flavor wise the best dish we've had. Mac and cheese is horribly bland and not cheesy at all. Taco's were flavorless as well. We tried 2 different cheese cakes, those were downright disgusting. It was as if you bit into a kwark protein bar from the lidl. Highly disappointing, the only flavorful dish were the wings.The portion sizes are bad too, for the amount of money you pay. I really like the concept of this place and would try it again, if they decide to actually taste their food so that they can season it properly.

Loved it! Highly recommend. And the desserts was equally amazing- the snicker cheesecake and the triple chocolate cake. I wish i knew where they get these from. Deliciously amazing! The waffels and fries have potential to be better. These were ok. Belgian instead of american waffles and double cooked fries could have been better. Ordered via uber eats and live within 10km so no complaints about delivery time. Its unfortunate so many have had a bad experience on the delivery time.

The first time customer service responded, I was told the food is being picked up and I got told that it is there in about 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, no food arrived. I managed to call again. I was told by a lady in a nice voice that the delivery person is arriving in a few minutes. "few minutes" are already 20 minutes Food was so cold and because of that it tasted terrible. I felt the potential of the food, however.. cold mac n cheese is.. bad. I would like to give this restaurant another chance...however I am not sure I want this to happen again ..I know their food is tasty.. but not when cold!

I ordered on UberEATS and it took maybe 10 minutes longer than the estimate, but we live almost 10km away from the restaurant so no complaining from me. I ordered early to be safe. The food arrived warm and was well packed. Will definitely order again!
