C	Caspar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snel geholpen, aantrekkelijke prijs. Wel jammer van 't gaslek dat ze veroorzaakt hebben, maar ook dat werd vlot opgelost. Helped quickly, attractive price. Too bad about the gas leak they caused, but that was also quickly resolved.
D	Danny “Danny197709349” vd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloos bedrijf. Zijn al 2x geweest voor hetzelfde probleem, maar nog steeds is niks opgelost. Offerte voor een andere klus blijkt 3x(!) duurder dan vergelijkbare bedrijven offreerden. Worthless company. Have already been 2x for the same problem, but still nothing has been solved. Quotation for another job turns out to be 3x (!) More expensive than comparable companies.

Nu al 3x opnieuw langs moeten komen voor hetzelfde probleem en is nog steeds niet opgelost. Communicatief zeer en zeer slecht. Daar gaan mn vakantiedagen! Worthless service! Saying to have called neighbors without knowing the phone number. Now we have to come back 3 times for the same problem and it is still not solved. Very communicative and very poor. Holiday days go there!

Levensgevaarlijke capriolen proberen uit te halen om een truck voor te zijn, lukt dat niet middelvinger en dreigende gebaren. Dat soort bestuurders weren van de weg, gevaar voor iedereen. If work quality is as good as the drivers of their vans, you should stay far away. Trying to do life-threatening antics to be ahead of a truck does not work middle finger and threatening gestures. That kind of drivers keep the road, danger to everyone.

Darek en Patrick bedankt voor de vakmanschap, vlotte actie! (en het was nog gezellig ook!) Fantastic service, helped quickly and professionally. Leak found, cleared and repaired within 2 hours. Everything for a very reasonable price! Darek and Patrick thanks for the craftsmanship, smooth action! (and it was fun too!)

Ik heb contact gehad met Klaas-Jan van de planning, hij was altijd aardig en snel met reageren. De monteurs doen goed en professioneel werk en zijn vriendelijk. Qua verrekening met eerdere bezoeken hebben ze mijn situatie steeds eerlijk beoordeeld en dit tijdig laten weten. Problemen zijn opgelost en mocht ik in de toekomst weer problemen hebben dan bel ik HRT zeker opnieuw. Been in contact with HRT several times in recent months for drainage problems. I have been in contact with Klaas-Jan from the planning department, he was always nice and quick to respond. The mechanics do a good and professional job and are friendly. In terms of settlement with previous visits, they have always honestly assessed my situation and let them know in good time. Problems have been solved and if I have problems again in the future, I will definitely call HRT again.

Rang them several times but the receptionist says she can’t help.??? Not much of an answer….And we still have the problem! Extremely poor and would not recommend!
