★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, dass man keine "Minus"-Sterne vergeben kann! Denn hier ist ein Stern noch zu viel. Seit SECHS MONATEN!!! warten wir darauf, dass die Firma sich meldet. Nichts passiert. Genau wie vor ca. 2 Jahren. Man wird am Telefon vertröstet und dann wartet man und wartet und wartet. So etwas gab es früher bei Umbach Senior nicht! Nach diesen zwei Erfahrungen haben wir uns jetzt eine ZUVERLÄSSIGE Firma gesucht.
Too bad that you can not assign a "minus" stars! Because here a star is still too much. Since SIX MONTHS !!! let's wait for the company to respond. Nothing happens. Just like about 2 years ago. You get comforted on the phone and then you wait and wait and wait. There was no such thing at Umbach Senior in the past! After these two experiences, we have now looked for a RELIABLE company.
