★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze zitplaatsen in die nieuwe tram. Veel te krap voor een wat steviger petsoon. Zoemende geluid van de motoren ook zeer irritant.
Crappy seats in that new tram. Way too tight for a firmer petsoon. Buzzing noise from the engines also very annoying.

Today I had to wait 45 minutes for a bus, I can understand that there was traffic jam in the area, but this cannot justify the wait, when even a bus skipped the stop where many people were waiting. When finally the bus arrived, I made a small complaint to the driver, ironically saying " thanks for the 45 minutes wait " and he even aggressed me verbally. This is the welcome card to the tourists in The Hague. Thank you HTM.
