One should always expect some issues with even the best of technological devices and I'm happy to know that Huawei cares in handling any of the bugs that may arise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in because of screen burn on an Honor 10. Clearly, a very helpful team. They replaced the screen on the spot, within the promised hour. The enthusiasm and friendliness of the guy on the desk when I was there gave the place a really good atmosphere. Thanks.

My phone was replaced due to the Huawei warranty so I will stay with the Huawei brand as long as this service center exists in Amsterdam although I live faraway from it at the south of NL. Hopefully, its employees get bonus and recognition for their unforgettable work.

Ps.I have been there this morning, Friday 26/07/2019 staff very nice and friendly, very helpfull !!!

In the past week HuaWei gave me worst service experience of my whole life. Remember never, never, never, never buy Huawei!
I have a phone purchased 1 year and the button fell off in my pocket. No misuse or any negligence concerning that.
I went here and the staff told me the phone will be fixed within a week and took the phone in.
Sadly more than a week later, Huawei told me because of the minor crack on the back camera which occured many months ago made it out of warrenty.
They also told me even slight scratch would render the phone outside warranty if they wish so. The attitude of the customer service is so bad I never would want to use it again in my life.
I should have checked online about how they treat customer before! So many victims!!
Buy Huawei = no warranty. The warranty service here is even worse than its service in China. In China they would still say it is within warranty. This is so disgusting. They even violates their own protocol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the new sound joy speaker. No matter what I try, the autoconnect feature does not work. However, the worst experience is with their customer service. When they called, gave some advice I already tried because I am not someone who calls without trying stuff myself. Then they said they will call me back in a day. They didn't call. They call me a week later and the connection is so bad I can't talk to the agent. They promise to call me back in a few minutes and they didn't then I call their customer service back half an hour later and they are close. The Dutch customer service branch sucks!
