Awful place, awful service, we definitely don't recommend it. We made an online reservation for 15:00-18:00. The reservation was for 4 adults and we also had 2 toddlers. We arrived at the restaurant (2 adults and the kids), there was no one there to give us our table so we went in and sit next to the play area. Someone saw us when we sit and came for the order and told us that we will need to leave the table at 17:00 because they need it for another reservation. We accepted it and sit. We ordered our drinks and some bites and we were waiting for our friends to order some food. Our friends arrived a few minutes before 16:00. The waitress was extremely rude when she came to take their order and she refused to bring us food because she said that between 15:00 and 17:00 they do not serve food. Our friends ordered a Cola and a juice and they were waiting for a very long time for their order and when they received it the waitress was rude again. She came again at 16:48 to ask us if we want anything else, we proceeded to order again some drinks but she responded that we will need to leave within 12 minutes. My husband showed her the reservation confirmation and told her that even if we do not sit at this table we should have a table till 18:00 but the response was that they are fully booked from 17:00 but she will ask her manager. She came back to us saying that they can give us a stand to sit after 17:00. All this time the waitress was extremely rude! We decided to leave and 17:00 and for sure we will not come back. Other than the above story, the place wasn't very clean, the kid's area wasn't clean the food was mediocre but the worst was that they told us that they have a changing table at the ladies toilet but they only had a table so I had to change my son’s diaper on the table as you can see at the attached photo. We do not recommend this place and if I could give a negative number of stars I would have done it!

The various options are quite nice and the food was good for the most part, although the "sushi" could be much better and the lobster was overcooked. The downsides are waiting at each kitchen for an order makes actually enjoying various dishes very time-consuming and inconvenient as everyone is scattered.

Surprisingly large 'all-you-can-eat' restaurant, very warm atmosphere, good lighting, good temperature. Friendly waiters and cooks at the 'kitchens'. Small bites and plates varying from Dutch snacks, French fries, Italian ?, fish, meat, salads, some sushi and a variety of deserts. No time-limit so easygoing. Overall quality of the food was average imho. Would recommend ?

A new, fantastic restaurant with food styles from various kitchens around the world. The food is great, the deserts, while limited in options, are delicious and the price is fair. Definitely try it out if you're in The Hague!

We had a horrible experience there today, they have added a 15 euro dish to our almost 500 euro bill. When we asked to remove this item because we have not ordered, we have been cussed and sworn at by the lady working there and she did not even care that we had kids with us. Not only that but when we talked to the restaurant manager she first basically told us the we were lying and we don't want to pay for what we have ordered, and then when we asked her for an apology from that lady who disrespeced us, she refused to bring her. I have been to many restaurants in many countries as a lot of us have, and it's the first time this happens to me. I would definitely do not recommend going to that place as literally this is the worst customer experience I have ever had.

Worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. For a restaurant that is supposed to be respectable to hire such terrible management is a complete disaster. We (6 families with kids) had a terrible incident today 30th of October 2021 where we received a receipt of almost 500 euros with a duplicate item for the chicken teriyaki of around 15 euros, so we requested for this to be omitted as it wasn't ordered and we haven't had it, the waiter reached to the manager for this where her reaction was shockingly ridiculous stating that we must pay for it or she'll call the police !! We asked her to do so as we weren't going to pay for something that we haven't ordered by any means. And clearly money is not our concern here - I think our cheque was one of the top ones on this night for this place. Trying to discuss the situation further, that - absolutely terrible manager - started to insult us in a very disrespectful & unprofessional way (not even caring that we have children with us) and then she cowardly ran away and disappeared leaving us to the management of the place which tried to comfort the situation. We asked them for her to apologize for us for the insult and the terrible experience yet they said she left the place and went home already (which is an example of how the management of this place is a catastrophe.) I would hope this review reaches the owners of this place so they'd know about the bunch of aggressive amateurs they have to run the place.

The staff were very professional and had great customer service! The restaurant has fantastic ambiance, children friendly as they have a place where kids can play! Food was ok… nothing to write home about but their wraps are to die for ?Highly recommend!

The best all-you-can-eat concept! This restaurant was so good, that I wrote my first review here on Google. The concept is very nice. There are multiple open kitchens where you can order fresh food as much as you want. There is no limitations on how much portions you can get with one order. Also, even if it's bad, you can give food back without paying more. Its not nice to throw food away, but sometimes it's not tasty or something like this. The prices for drinks are also ok. And the atmosphere is really impressive. A modern barn with high roof and comfortable light. Last but not least, the employees are all very friendly and they even gave us tips for our stay in Den Haag. We bought our dinner with social deal.
