Mooie winkel met aardige aanbiedingen. Het is dat ik geen nieuwe schoenen nodig had maar anders had ik die 50% korting zeker gepakt.
Nice shop with nice offers. It is that I did not need new shoes, but otherwise I would certainly have taken that 50% discount.

Ik heb 4 weken terug 2 Hugo Boss polo’s maat L gekocht op Schiphol. Het ging om 2 dezelfde polo’s alleen in verschillende kleuren. Ik heb er 1 gepast en er vanuit gegaan dat de ander het zelfde zou vallen. Dit was echter niet het geval, Ik heb de gepaste polo eerst 2 dagen gedragen vervolgens trek ik de ander aan. De ander is tot mijn verbazing bijna 5 cm langer en past dus totaal niet. Nu heb ik hierover contact opgenomen met Hugo Boss. Volgens hun is 1 polo gewoon te heet gewassen (dit kon men op de foto zien), dit was echter niet het geval (30 graden gewassen). Ik zou deze polo op moeten sturen naar hun en dan gingen ze er na kijken. Echter zou men mij een retour sticker sturen, ik heb nu al 3x gemaild en 2x gebeld met de klantenservice en nog steeds geen retour etiket. Al met al vind ik dat ik slecht behandeld wordt en dat mijn klacht gewoon niet serieus genomen wordt.
4 weeks ago I bought 2 Hugo Boss polo shirts, size L, at Schiphol. It was about the same 2 polos only in different colors. I fitted 1 and assumed that the other would fall the same. However, this was not the case, I first wore the appropriate polo for 2 days, then I put on the other. To my surprise, the other is almost 5 cm longer and therefore does not fit at all. Now I have contacted Hugo Boss about this. According to them, 1 polo was simply washed too hot (this could be seen in the photo), but this was not the case (washed 30 degrees). I should send this polo to them and they would check it. However, they would send me a return sticker, I have already emailed 3 times and called 2x with customer service and still no return label. All in all I think that I am being treated badly and that my complaint is simply not being taken seriously.

Bought a Christmas present for someone and discovered today that magnetic anti-theft token was never removed. What am I supposed to do 3 days before Christmas? A massive let down from the store!

I bought two shirts there. Really poor experience. I had to insist to try the shirts I liked and not a random same size model. Staff pretended that shirts fit all the same, It is clearly not the case. Probably trying to sell some medium quality shirts you would never buy after trying or pure laziness.. Folding a shirt a customer doesn't buy, is it that hard for a "premium retail brand" staff? Anyway, try it if you don't want to spend 100€ in a shirt you will never wear.

If you see a 119€ discount for 2 shirts just run away. Those shirts are clearly lower quality ones especially made for the offer. The fabric is of very poor quality and comes out completely wrinkled after the first wash. Wrinkles hardly coming out after ironing the shirt. They used to have much better quality shirts (red Hugo Boss label) that I still have and still are perfect. Just be careful.
