★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find security check and after that it said 5-10 minutes which was true for the screening, but then there were only 2 people who were checking the passports, which resulted in a 30 minute wait... And for electronic passports were only two gates. The queue was huge there aswell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, everything is really well organized, i have traveld thrue this airport over 10 times in past 2 years and everytime things go smoothly , enough stuff and really fast espevially on security. I wish more airports would have same scanners as in Schiphol, makes things so much easier to all passangers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The airport is so big and offers so many choices for food, drink and shopping. There are a lot of coffe bar, restaurants, fast food, shopping food, gifts, cheeses, tulips. The minus for me is chairs without plug. In area gate B there is hard to find the place for charging your phone.

The check in was a disaster. The belt didn't work, there was only one lady at the help desk and a long queue waiting. May be a better planning for the busiest date would be a better service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Schiphol. Was nice to be there after a while.The facilities are in good condition as always. Plenty of space to take a rest or to work on your laptop. Was transferring to another flight in Schiphol. The covid check process was smooth but the woman that was checking my documents was rather rude and not friendly at all. Other airport staff were very helpful and friendly.
Saw a friendly mouse in one of the cafes :)
