★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De meeste assistentes zijn hardstikke onbeschoft aan de telefoon. Al jaren kom ik hier en steeds weer zijn ze grof...Vooral als je vragen hebt over iets... De dokter zelf is zeer goed!
 Most assistants are very rude on the phone. For years I have been coming here and again and again they are rude ... Especially if you have questions about anything ... The doctor himself is very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben inmiddels bij 4 doktoren in behandeling geweest , terwijl jij mijn huisarts bent.
Vanmorgen moest ik om 9 uur bij Hanneke zijn., om half 10 zat ik nog steeds in de wachtkamer en ben toen maar naar huis gegaan.
Kwart over 10 belde Hanneke mij op met excuses, zij wist niet eens dat ze een afspraak had.
Wat een ongeregeld zootje zijn jullie.
Ik ga dan ook naar een anderen praktijk toe.
Hoe groter de praktijk des te slechter zorg.

I have now been treated by 4 doctors, while you are my doctor.
This morning I had to be with Hanneke at 9 o'clock, at 9.30 I was still sitting in the waiting room and then went home.
At a quarter past 10 Hanneke called me with an apology, she didn't even know she had an appointment.
What an irregular bunch you are.
I will therefore go to another practice.
The greater the practice, the worse the care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas al de zoveelste waar ik niet tevrede over ben. Ze nemen je niet serieus met je klachten omdat je er te jong voor bent of wat voor rede dan ook en Continu andere arts. Jammer, daardoor erge consequenties voor mij als patiënt gehad en nog aant sukkelen met klachten ?
Unfortunately already the umpteenth one that I am not satisfied with. They do not take you seriously with your complaints because you are too young for it or for whatever reason and continuously different doctor. Too bad, because of that had very consequences for me as a patient and still struggling with complaints
