Hadden we afspraak voor ons kind van 1 jaar, na 1 uur wachten zijn we naar balie toe gelopen waarom we nog niet werden geholpen eerste reactie van mevrouw was gelijk 1 ouder mag binnen ander ouder moet naar buiten?!?! Zo raar vond ik.. terwijl huisartsenpost rustig was en toch moest ik naar buiten. Kind had bijna koorts van 40. ?
 21:15. We had an appointment for our child of 1 year, after waiting 1 hour we walked to the counter why we were not helped yet first reaction from Mrs. I thought that was so strange.. while the GP was quiet and yet I had to go outside. Child almost had a fever of 40. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit reluctant because of all the bad reviews, but I must say that I received an excellent service.
People were kind and efficient. The facilities are good.
I had to wait maybe less than 10min on a Sunday morning.
If there is anything negative I would point out is regarding the phone contact because we are forced to listen to an automatic message for 2 minutes before we can make a choice to speak to someone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, I would avoid as much as possible this Huisartsenpost. They recommended for my daughter's eye which visibly was swallowed and with yellow discharge just water. Did I mention her age? She is 4 years old. So an child was all night in pain because someone thought that an inffected eye is nothing.
Luckily till the morning I found another Huisartsenpost. If you really want to be professionally and efficiently treated and avoiding 1h of stupid questions without receiving any medication I recommend you Huisartsenpost Hillesluis. They get from me 10 stars.
