J	Jeffrey Fluiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door mijn werk kan ik doordeweeks niet naar mijn huisarts, als ik bel voor een klacht word ik afgewimpeld met slik maar een pijnstiller, wat er dus op neer komt dat ik niet geholpen word. Enige commentaar dat ik krijg dat de huisartsenpost spoedeisend is overal in het land kan ik altijd terecht maar in Hoorn word je afgewimpeld. Due to my work, I cannot go to my doctor during the week, when I call for a complaint I am turned away with a painkiller, which means that I am not being helped. Any comment I get that the GP is urgent everywhere in the country I can always go, but in Hoorn you will be turned away.

Kan niet eens op m'n benen staan bel je dat je last heb van je rug, ja neem maar een paracetamol. Denk je dat ik daar zelf niet aan denk ofzo ? Dan word je eindelijk geholpen en krijg je pijnstillers, moet je een half uur wachten in een apotheek omdat ze het recept niet hebben opgestuurd en de telefoon niet opnemen. Als mensen dit lezen en veel pijn hebben, wacht tot uw eigen huisarts open is, stuk fijner en sneller! You are helped very badly here, you have to call 3 times and almost beg before you can come by. Can't even stand on my feet, you call that your back hurts, yes, take a paracetamol. Do you think I don't think about that myself or something? Then you are finally helped and you get painkillers, you have to wait half an hour in a pharmacy because they have not sent the prescription and do not answer the phone. If people are reading this and are in a lot of pain, wait until your own doctor is open, much better and faster!

Ik kon binnen een uur terecht, eenmaal daar werd ik meteen geroepen door de dokter. Zij nam me serieus. Dus goede ervaring bedankt voor de zorg Waiting time on the phone is a bit long, but if you really have something you will be helped well. I was able to go within an hour, once there I was immediately called by the doctor. She took me seriously. So good experience thanks for the care
J	JAN dros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een drama het zou druk zijn ,dat klopte wel om 13.00 ging iedereen maar gezellig samen in de kantine zitten. Na 3 kwartier kwamen ze met z'n allen terug en begonnen ze weer eens aan de afspraken zo'n 50 minuten te laat. De patiënt mocht alleen mee zonder begeleiding want het was te druk. Hoezo met 2 maten meten? Bij andere huisartsen mocht wel iemand alleen bij dr? C niet What a drama it would be busy, that was right at 13.00 everyone went to sit together in the canteen. After 45 minutes they all came back together and they started the appointments again about 50 minutes late. The patient was allowed to go alone without supervision because it was too busy. Why measure with 2 sizes? At other GPs, someone was only allowed to see Dr. C not

Maandagavond nogmaals gebeld omdat het niet goed ging, weer “ thuis uitzieken”. Dag daarna lag ik het ziekenhuis met uitdrogingsverschijnselen en een longontsteking. Visited them over the weekend and sent them away again with the message "home sick". Called again Monday evening because it was not going well, again "home sick". The next day I was hospitalized with symptoms of dehydration and pneumonia.
