M	Michelle - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onlangs mijzelf ingeschreven bij deze praktijk waarop 2 weken later een kennismakingsgesprek werd gepland (keurig). In de tussentijd liep ik 2 tekenbeten op en eentje lukte mij niet te verwijderen. Toen ik belde om mijn afspraak te vervroegen was de receptioniste bijzonder onvriendelijk. Zij gaf aan dat ik een foto moest sturen van de teek, waarop zij de volgende dag zou laten weten of ik langs moest komen. ???? De volgende dag heb ik opnieuw gebeld omdat ik me zorgen maakte om de rode plek er om heen. De mevrouw aan de lijn had echter maar 1 tijdstip die dag beschikbaar, waarop ik echt niet kon. Verder was zij totaal niet empatisch en stelde geen enkele vraag over mij of de teek. Zij leek niet bereid om mee te denken en bood mij ook geen ander tijdstip aan toen ik aangaf dat ik de komende dag wel kan. Al met al zeer vreemde eerste ervaring. Ik heb me hier dan ook uiteindelijk niet ingeschreven. Ik kan niets zeggen over de huisartenpraktijk, alleen over mijn ervaring van de service van deze mevrouw aan de lijn. Recently registered myself at this practice where 2 weeks later an introductory meeting was planned (neat). In the meantime, I contracted 2 tick bites and one failed to remove. When I called to advance my appointment, the receptionist was very unfriendly. She indicated that I had to send a photo of the tick, on which she would let me know the next day if I should come by. ???? The next day I called again because I was worried about the red spot around it. However, the lady on the line only had 1 time available that day, when I really could not. Furthermore, she was not empathetic at all and did not ask any questions about me or the tick. She seemed unwilling to think along and did not offer me another time when I indicated that I can do it the next day. Overall very strange first experience. I did not register here in the end. I cannot say anything about general practice, only about my experience of the service of this lady on the phone.

Krijg keer op keer de indruk dat ze onvriendelijk, niet meedenken aan oplossingen en niet empathisch zijn. Vind Ik nogal jammer omdat die dan wel degene zijn die zojuist het eerste contact punt zijn van het praktijk. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I have had several unpleasant experiences with desk staff and assistants several times. Time and again get the impression that they are unfriendly, do not think along with solutions and are not empathetic. I find it rather unfortunate because they are the ones who are just the first point of contact in practice.
