 Assistant is the wife of the doctor.
She has no knowledge of business. Never know how to answer questions that are asked.

Very bad doctor's office! If I had the opportunity, I would very much like to switch to another doctor!

I called asking if the clinic takes registrations for the GP and the man that answered was very rude, barely listened, just shut me up while I was still talking, said I don't have the right postcode to be taken in and hung up on my face. I understand that they can't take me in but there's no need for that attitude. Not the service I expect as a patient (or even a person).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are wonderful..but the assistants in the pharmacy are always astonishingly rude. They will not greet you if they do not feel like it. Sometimes they also just side eye you. What a joke!
