L	Little Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wat is deze praktijk enorm slecht telefonisch bereikbaar en er vallen geen afspraken te maken met de assistentes. Wat betreft organisatie praktijkvoering nog een hoop te verbeteren what is this practice extremely difficult to reach by phone and there are no agreements to be made with the assistants. There is still a lot to improve in terms of organizational practice
N	NeverRespawn Again on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wuaw belde naar hier om een afspraak te maken dan zegt deze persoon van ballie dat ik moet weer terug bellen en nu dat ik terug bel ze zijn aan het pauzeren...gewoon Express gedaan, gefeliciteerd. Wuaw called here to make an appointment then this person from desk tells me to call back and now that I call back they are pausing ... just Express done, congratulations.

K	Kari Bali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter Terpstra is een goede dokter en altijd hulpzaam. maar de assistenten die daar werken absoluut niet. Vooral de P. assistent is arrogant en niet meewerkend. Elke dag is de telefoon express in wacht en de lijn is altijd te laat open. Gemiddeld is de telefoon 5 to 10 minuten te lang in pauze stand (hoor je aan het bandje) terwijl de praktijk bereikbaar moet zijn i.e. pauze is over. Doctor Terpstra is a good doctor and always helpful. but the assistants who work there absolutely not. Especially the P. assistant is arrogant and uncooperative. Every day the telephone is on hold expressly and the line is always open late. On average, the phone is in pause mode for 5 to 10 minutes too long (you can hear it on the band) while the practice must be reachable i.e. the break is over.

M	Melanie Leeflang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vind de artsen hier echt heel fijn. Het kan zijn dat je wat langer moet wachten, maar iets langer wachten doe ik graag als ik er goede hulp voor terug krijg. Ze nemen altijd de tijd voor je en denken met je mee. Zo is naar de huisarts gaan niet vervelend. I really like the doctors here. You may have to wait a little longer, but I'm happy to wait a little longer if I get good help in return. They always take the time for you and think along with you. This way, going to the doctor is not unpleasant.
M	Manuela Rodrigues fortes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WAARDELOOS! Wij zitten bij dr.vd Fraaij en sinds dat ze zijn verhuisd naar het praktijk van dr Terpstra is het drastisch omlaag gegaan. Assistentes laten je om een tijd komen dat zij pauzes en of bespreking hebben. Telefonisch moeilijk bereikbaar en sinds dat zij daar zitten heb ik mijn eigen arts amper gezien. Elke keer een andere dat arts wel mijn kind kan zijn. Het is duidelijk dat ze vaak niet weten wat ze moeten want ze poeieren je af met een 'als het erger wordt,geef eff een belletje' Is het niet de bedoeling dat je huidige kwaal juist NIET erger wordt? Ik heb zojuist bijna een half uur in de wacht gestaan met pijn in mijn borst en alsnog 9 wachtenden vóór mij!! Ik sta weleens daar aan de balie en ik zie sommige van die assistentes echt slooooommm communiceren en stammelen. Neem dan nog één lijn en iemand die die extra lijn kan aannemen. Verhuizen naar het praktijk van dr Terpstra was een dikke fout! WORTHLESS! We are with Dr. vd Fraaij and since they moved to Dr Terpstra's practice it has gone down drastically. Assistants let you come at a time when they have breaks and/or discussions. Difficult to reach by phone and since they have been there I have hardly seen my own doctor. Every time another that doctor could be my child. It is clear that they often do not know what to do because they brush you off with a 'if it gets worse, give us a call' Isn't your current ailment supposed to NOT get worse? I've just been on hold for almost half an hour with pain in my chest and still 9 waiting in front of me!! I sometimes stand there at the counter and I see some of those assistants really slooooommm communicating and stammering. Then take one more line and someone who can take that extra line. Moving to Dr Terpstra's practice was a big mistake!
