Sinds kort daar ingeschreven. Wij hebben zo een spijt dat we ons daar hebben ingeschreven. Lange wachttijden, nooit bereikbaar. Op woensdag gesloten en elke keer dat je belt hebben ze pauze of je moet alleen spoed bellen. Ga het niet eens hebben over de assistenten, zo brutaal!! gelijk uit uitgeschreven!
Recently registered there. We are so sorry that we registered there. Long waiting times, never available. Closed on Wednesdays and every time you call they have a break or you just have to call urgent. Don't even talk about the assistants, so cheeky !! immediately unsubscribed!

ik zit al vanaf kleins af aan bij deze praktijk eerst was het Mathot en toen werd het tecim ik heb heb nooit problemen gehad maar ik vind dat jullie de jonge assistente aan mag spreken op haar gedrag is onbeleefd niet eens gedag als er word opgehangen das het enigste

Een jonge dame achter haar telefoontje brutaal praten??? Ik wacht letterlijk een uur voordat ik ΓΌberhaupt word geholpen ???? Het ergste is nog dat ze geen rekening houden met mensen die gewoon met een tegoed bellen!!!!!!!!! Niet iedereen heeft het breed om een telefoon abonnement te nemen. Vervolgens een uur gewacht komt er nog een brutale wijf aan de. Lijkt net alsof ik me zelf moet gaan genezen. Voor wat al dit drama ga je assistente veranderen want ze kunnen dit werk zeker niet uitvoeren ! En al helemaal niet met respect !
A young lady behind her phone call talking rude??? I literally wait an hour before being helped at all???? The worst part is that they don't take into account people who just call with credit!!!!!!!!! Not everyone has the means to take out a telephone subscription. Then, after an hour, another cheeky woman arrives. Seems like I have to start healing myself. For what all this drama your assistant is going to change because they certainly can't do this job! And certainly not with respect!

Please read the reviews carefully before subscribing here. You get 10 mins for an appointment with the doctor after 30/40 mins waiting over the phone. Every time, you will be the fourth in the waiting when you call and then after 30 min, you will jump from 4th to 1st, something is fishy. I rang door bell 5 times, so wasted almost 3 mins and had 7 mins left (I was not aware of it before the appointment). I discussed about the issues and all of a sudden while, everything came to conclusion, I was told that your time is over and next time tell your complains to the assistant. Now this is absurd that someone was filling-in and after little discussion you get told about it. Dear Staff, you need to have revision of "The Hippocratic Oath", and implement it honestly in your profession/Business, otherwise you are at the wrong place. Time keeping is also a good profession and not to connect with your patients could be challenging in few minutes. Their working style is that today we will talk about one problem and not other which could be related issue. 1 star is for the fill in intern (probably) doctor for her knowledge.

My personal doctor she is a female, she seemed overall understanding from the one and only visit i had. however, the practice in general is horrible. I had a bacteria which required a lot of medication. the staff told me i should pick up my medicine from pharmacy immediately the same day and it would be available in 20 minutes. i had to wait in the pharmacy for 4 hours. and the pharmacist was complaining that they forgot to send my prescription. so even though they scared me that i should take my medicine immidetely they never sent it to the pharmacy. after this, they never call back and its impossible to find them. they add wrong voice mails that they are unavailble while this is not true. i am not sure if this is sign of bad professionalism or just being lazy and dont want to pick up the phone. however, i can say this. the reception is extremely rude and they have no knowledge or understand of any medical matters and no knowledge of simple technology. by far the worst experience i have encounter. i will give only 2 stars because the doctor seemed okay. but the rest is horrible. and especially the reception staff (mainly the old lady should be fired if not all of the receptionist horrible horrible horrible service)
